which worked brilliantly as an interim solution. You’d be welcome to have the pair whilst you wait for stock of Mustang keys to arrive, as I’ve no use for them now.

Woo hoo ? the latest software update has randomly arrived and it’s a Frunk update!!!

Downloaded it just now and the new Mustang key opens the frunk remotely.

I’m still amazed that my Ford dealership has supposedly been talking to central Ford about this for a month and had no clue this update was due.

Well the joy of have a useful functional frunk was short lived. Is anybody else’s disabled after the latest update? It was supposed to add a chime if it was ajar, but has stopped the key operation completely.
Do they ever test anything before putting it in production ???

My Frunk button on the screen only showed up after 6.14.

It seems daft that you have to open the passenger door to open the thing.

It is daft. On the US model it is on the driver side. They moved the steering wheel, glove compartment and such and forgot about this release lever. (More likely though it was to save costs)
