Garage door opener failed

It's because the IRR windshield blocks the RF signal from the visor opener. It helps to flip the visor down and hope some gets through the black RF-transparent areas of the windshield.

I have had the same issues and have to do what is recommended above a lot of the time. I know it's not the programming as it works masterfully from inside the garage vs outside the garage.
