Glass roof replacement

We were on our way to pickup our Mach-E Premium AWD ER when the dealer called and let us know that the techs discovered a stress fracture in the roof as they were prepping it. New glass is on its way from Ford, and a local glass installer, supposedly factory trained by Ford, is going to handle it.

Has anyone had this done? Are you satisfied with the work and the replacement?

I'm always worried about replacing glass since I've seen some shoddy work (exposed glue, etc.) in the past, but I've had good luck on other vehicles windshields lately (mostly through Safelite).
