which dealer do you visit? I went to Bellevue for my first recall and center console creak fix in 2022 and then Pierre Ford did pickup/drop off of my car for the HVBJB. Both cases, the service was good and stuff got taken care of.

Pierre Lynnwood formally Harris Ford. I hate the sales techniques they use but the service advisor is amazing ask for Stan.

I think it is really dealer-specific. My dealer has been great through my 20 months so far. It seems they have correctly trained EV techs in-house and so far, pretty happy with them for both my MME and Lightning which have both been in for EV-related warranty work. (nothing really serious, the HVBJB failure on the MME and the onboard charger on the Lightning). The dealer makes it work for us or not.

Curious about whether you were charging at home or using public high voltage fast chargers. I have almost 50,000 miles on my 2021 and have always charged at home with a level 2 charger. No loss in my battery. Not surprised your emblem fell off from using a car wash. Those detergents are really harsh.
