What was the outcome on this one? I'm having similar issues with the front suspension, already had the defective struts replaced once.
DMG_Eleanor,

My Mach E ended up being bought back as a lemon back in January. The suspension issue caused the dealer to replace the front half shafts due to them binding in cold temperatures, and they also were looking into a strut replacement. I ended up in a 2024 bronco now and its been much more reliable in my case.

I have a 22 GTPE and no issues with suspension noise. I've got snow tires here in upstate new york, and driving it in the snow is a blast. It's just like the rally edition. I'll drift around corners (with no one around of course). Power out of the corners.

Today, a pickup truck was having difficult going up a hill, and I (carefully) steered around them with no problem. I have about 36k miles on the car.

I took my Mach to the dealership for them to diagnose the issue. They said my right rear shock absorber is broken and leaking. I mentioned I didn't see fluid on my garage floor. I was told it just started leaking and it was only a small leak currently.
I was told they would replace both the left and right, but there is backorder on them. They told me it would be end of the month, but my receipt says there is no ETA on the parts.
I am hoping this may explain why my ride is so bad. I know, wishful thinking.

The GTPE suspension is way too stiff, but I've never heard mine creak. I hear the Rally suspension is great, really bitter I didn't get one of those.
I have the GTPE and personally found the suspension too stiff UNTIL I swapped the one summer tires for conti DWS all-seasons. It became a different car with the perfect balance of performance and comfort. I never put the summer tires back on.
