2023 GTPE: Yes It is powered.... EDITED (passenger gave me bad info before LOL)

Yes It is powered.... however she will have front/back and tilt (not up/down like Driver side)

You made me go get in my car to double check. The passenger is the same 8 way with up and down as the driver.

Now in 2024 they are 10 way and the lower seat can tilt in addition.

Memory for driver seat only. Never seen a car with passenger seat memory. They may exist, I’ve just never seen it.
