I just received my recall letter for this.
Does anyone know how involved this recall is? Can it be done by mobile service at my home?
If you remove the plastic covers in the frunk area, can you see the driver modules? I assume that they will check for a lot number or similar to determine if the module needs to be replaced, and replace if necessary. Hopefully this is a simple and quick process. I really would like to avoid taking the car to the dealer and all the hassle and time that entails.
