Help with missing part????

Hi, I got my car back from the dealer and am pretty sure I am missing a part. I don’t know anyone else with a MACH-E to look at their car…

am I missing a cap/cover? I’m pretty sure I would have noticed this. TIA!

That's the Magic Jack.

You can plug all kinds of things into it and discover whats going on in all those computer modules stuffed everywhere in the vehicle.

What you are missing is a screw that holds the bottom of the dashboard in the car, just above the OBD-2 port on the left. It's missing where that black permanent marker line is. Not the end of the world, but I prefer to have all of my screws installed. ??

In addition to what @Snakebitten posted for Bluetooth OBD-2 Adapters there's the Mongoose Plus (Ford). You can use this to manually update the software in your car's modules and troubleshoot using the Ford Diagnostic and Repair System (FDRS). See the threads on FDRS for more details. ??
