High-Voltage Battery Warning AND Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power

I went on a 240 mile road trip about 10 days ago. Fast charged half way there. Once at my destination I received a charge error at a level 2 charger AND at a fast charger. Then received the above alerts on my app and in the car. (2021 Select AWD standard range. 40,000 miles...)

Decided to have it towed to my local dealer by my house rather than leave it up north for however long it was going to take to fix it (and have to rent a car to drive home and back, etc). Tech said the message from the codes showed to replace the SOBD Module. Still waiting on the part...

Has anyone had this problem? There is the active recall for the Powertrain control module and not sure if that helps this become warranty work ????

Current damage: $1552 for the tow and about $500 for the rental (and I may need to extend again).. Unfortunately, the Local dealer has no loaners...

Thanks for listening. I love my mach e and am very much a proponent of EVs much to the chagrin of my wife who does not like to stop to charge.. but I may have to look at extended range EVs in the future....

Last summer I travelled from Iowa to New York (it was in the 90s) and in Ohio while charging I got similar messaging. Found the coolant level was low and when replaced have not had an issue since. Dealer said the coolant had boiled off??? Would have thought your dealer would have seen this though.
