How do you get the equalizer settings to stick?

I have the same Issue , I've been resetting the audio sound controls ever time I restart to drive . I've done all the stupid human reset tricks , But turn the car off and off and the auto setting you just reset to your liking is now back to the factory settings ? This smells like early TESLA ISSuES . Get it together FORD! VIN# 3FMTK3SU3RMA06745

YEA! Software update 10.1.0, which just got pushed out the other day, has fixed the issue with the tone settings not sticking. Gee, I just had a text with the Ford Mach-E Advisor last week and it's now fixed.

Redoing the equalizer has become part of my (almost) daily routine over the past 42 months. How dare Ford change it!

Figures! The last couple days my Sync has been stuck "getting the latest software update status."

Just got back from the dealership. They had to push the update with FDRS. I can confirm the equalizer settings now stick! Thanks!
