HVBJB Dealer Recommendation Akron/Canton Ohio

Have taken our 2022 Mach E Premium to Spitzer in Hartville for the HVBJB repair. They have the part but after 2 visits, they don't have it fixed and communication has been poor.

The first time they had it all day and said it still needed updates (even though OTA is turned on).

The second time they said the Ford system was down and they couldn't complete the updates.

We have not heard back from them to finish the repair despite calling them for an update.

Has anyone had this repair done in the Akron/Canton, Ohio area and been satisfied with the dealer?

I haven't taken my 2023 AWD Premium anywhere yet for issues, but hopefully you'll post when you find a competent dealership. I live in the Portage Lakes area. Perhaps you should try Fred Martin Ford in Barberton/Norton.

I scheduled at Nick Mayer in Mayfield but changed my mind because I had heard they had put the repair on hold. They told me they have done quite a few. I live in this area, if you find a good shop please share.

Maybe there is a greater Ford problem involved . If I hear any related info to this repair, I'll post it here.

I'm still not happy with Spitzer, Hartville. They may not have much info or control about Ford corporate problems but they should have better communication with the customer.
