You can get an HDMI CarPlay adapter and then hook up a Google TV stick to it or any HDMI source.
Resolution is okay, there is sound lag so audio may be a little out of sync and the framerate is slow so video isn't quite smooth. You can largely solve the audio issue by using SmartTune app or something that can adjust audio lag for videos
