After an overnight charge last week to my '21 MME Premium, I got into the car to find the instrument panel does not power upon startup. Additional audible alarms while driving to dealer match up to FordPass app warnings for restraint system, antilock brakes, and TPMS. FordPass app also revealed a 12V battery degradation warning. Dealer has replaced the 12V battery but this has not resolved the instrument panel power issue? Any ideas from the community? My dealer literally has one EV tech (in a major metro area) and they seem pretty clueless.

Update: Dealer has supposedly checked obvious causes of lost power including fuses and attempted a s/w reload. Now wants $1000 of diagnostic time to tear into cluster and compute module to look for bad connections before declaring the cluster failed. I can't help but think Ford doesn't really know what's going on here. Any smart folks in this forum have better ideas?
