Pierre Ford in Lake City came and picked up my car for the HVBJB, did the replacement, and dropped it back off at my house the next day. Easiest service appointment ever.

I've been pretty underwhelmed with Pierre/Harris in Lynnwood so far, but they've been just ok enough for me to not want to bother going somewhere further away. Maybe I'd limp to Kirkland for a HVBJB.

Yeah same, bought 3 vehicles from them. Haven't had to deal with service much but the few times they were OK. They are close, so far no reason to drive a long distance to avoid them, so far.

To revisit this, I recently completed the HVBJB recall at Pierre Lynnwood and it all seems to have gone smoothly. I've heard of faster turnaround elsewhere, but it was done within a week and I got to drive around a Cyber Orange Mach-E loaner the whole time (although it sounded like this was availability-based and not guaranteed). Took a first long trip post-repair over Memorial weekend with no trouble.
