Anyone have any insight on Bickford Ford in Snohomish. I’m about to fire my current service department in Lynnwood. I’ve called and follow up with 3 text today and no updates on my vehicle. Come on just a simple yeah we are working on it. Or part is coming tomorrow etc.

Let me know your experience with them. I too have been stuck using Harris in Lynnwood and would like an alternative. There's also Pierre in Lake City and one in Kirkland, both slightly closer to me than Bickford.

With Harris now Pierre of Lynnwood I was hoping it would get better when I service advisor left it got worse. I’ll you updated

It's been a mixed bag for me at Harris/Pierre Lynnwood, but they handled my HVBJB recall very well in May.

Stan was my service advisor and he kept on top of things. Quick to respond to text and call backs. He’s moved on unfortunately.

I won't ever go to Pierre Ford again - bought the car from them and they tried every kind of ripoff on the sale.
I have been using Ford of Kirkland. While I have had variable results over 3 years, overall I am satisfied and I think it's improved. Plus it's closest to me. But phoning them has not been good.

We’ve been using Evergreen Ford in Issaquah, WA and have had great service and followthrough. We especially like Sophia, our Service Advisor.
