Every region needs a specially trained dealership team to handle the hard cases. It could also have loaner MMEs for cases like this.

played phone tag again today with four different people. ended up with "connected services" who had me pull the car out of the garage and do a "key reset". Changed nothing. He then said he was transferring me to a special area that handles this and of course after 12 minutes on hold i was disconnected. He didn't give me the number i was transferred too so I can't even try to call back.
To say I am frustrated is an understatement at this point. There is NO reason why this should be so difficult!
i can't believe that with such support Ford is looking to compete with Tesla and Chinese brands. very disappointed.
