If you were planning a road trip and could choose two U.S. states, which would you recommend and why?
We’re especially interested in routes that stand out for driving experience, scenery, or overall practicality.

• Small details that are often overlooked but matter on the road

Puget Sound (Washington State) to Napa and back. Went along the coast. Easy to charge, beautiful drive.
Preparations: had adaptors for Tesla L3 and L2 chargers, the latter frequently free at hotels. No particular prep for car other than charging 100% before leaving on first day. Lesson learned: carry windshield/window cleaning stuff. Hadn't thought that can't clean while charging mostly, so a got some washer fluid, a sponge and microfiber cloth in a small bag to use when needed.
I have a ER RWD Premium, BTW.

you can install ABRP and plan you charging stops there. You can import route to google or apple maps

I use Android and can set up a route on Google Maps then when you get in the car it is available using Android Auto. I assume you can do the same with Apple.
