Florida Looking for Nite Pony Wheels

Hi all! Looking to see if anyone is looking to sell/trade their nite pony wheels. They are the wheels that come on the 2023 Mach E Premium model with the extra Nite Pony package add on. I’m in South Florida so looking to buy them or maybe do a trade. I have the exact same wheels, but in machined look vs black. Mine are in mint condition with only 1,000 miles on them.

Why not just have your rims powder-coated in gloss black? That's what I did.

I ordered the Nite Pony option ... and had one set on my GT Performance. But the GT-P comes with summer-only tires (these days there's an option for all-season tires). We had to buy winter tires and it was best to have a 2nd set of rims.

I found someone selling their GT rims -- but not the nite-pony rims. I took them to a shop and had them powder-coated. They are identical to the nite-pony black rims.

I don't recall the price ... it might have been $100/rim when I had it done.

I actually have this exact vinyl on my wheels now. It doesn’t look good and have to keep applying heat gun to make parts stay down after use.

Yeh I explored powder coating the wheels here in south Florida and the few quotes I got were $200-$250 per wheel. That’s pretty much the cost of an OEM set! Plus I could be wrong, but I read up on powder coating and supposedly one of the cons is the process of powder coating a wheel can actually affect the integrity and strength of the wheel, making it weaker and structurally unsound. I read that in a few places online. I know people have been doing powder coating for years with no issues, but just another reason I’d rather see about buying the OEM ones from maybe someone selling them or looking for a swap to ones I have. ?‍

And just to confirm, you are referring to the 19” OEM Nite Pony Black Wheels that come on the 2023 Mach E Premium that has the Nite Pony package added on the window sticker, correct? If so, I’m very interested in potentially buying them. Eager to see pictures of them. Also, where are they located city/state wise as I am in South Florida so I imagine they will cost a ton to ship?

Too bad! I like the look of those gloss black wheels too. Am considering powder coating.
