They don’t need to be able to do the “average miles” though. They need capability to do the “maximum miles on a 12 hour shift” with some buffer for traffic and cold weather.

That's true, but it isn't a data point that I have.

We could make a reasonable hypothesis that city taxi driving would be very favorable, but I'm not invested in the concept to have a debate about it.
