I hope this guy is just trying to attract attention with a weird concept as a joke. If not, I feel sorry for the people around him.

Pay attention. Do you even know what menu animations are?
You're looking for help, and you're being rude and disrespectful with your responses. Read the room, Dribble.... it's is NOT obvious what you are referring to and people are trying to help you. Geez.

while we turn off animations, can we turn off bad drivers too? They pose a serious risk of accidents out there.

Someone is going to die chasing this 3 FPS menu animation.
People who have even the most basic grasp of safely operating a motor vehicle don't stare at a screen waiting for it to load, especially when the function being used is a non-driving one. If someone dies during the 1.5 seconds it takes to load that screen, it's the fault of the terrible driver behind the wheel.

The video you provided shows that the menu animations are a bit laggy. I took a video from my car and it seems smoother. Have you tried to do a 12v battery pull to reset the modules in your car?

I'm fully updated via FDRS and have a 2023 job 2 car but I don't know if that plays into the smoothness of the car's software. I think the latest APIM software came out via OTA as 10.1.0. Do you know if that was pushed to your car?
