I love the color matched mirror caps on the FE and Select trims. The GT trim puts black on the mirror caps.
Is there a design aspect I'm not seeing why Ford thinks black mirror caps look better vs body matched color mirror caps? Or was it someone's preference at Ford that wanted something that made the GT black mirror caps stand out?
I'm considering ordering extra mirror caps and having a shop paint them to match my GT color. I don't have access to anything that shows how the remove the mirror caps. Is anyone doing something similar to this on their Mach-E?
