Mobile as key

I have my phone as key set up in my fordpass app yet i cannot drive without my key in the car. What am i doing wrong? Thanks much.

Did you set it up using the screen in the car? There’s a process that you have to go through where it asks you pair the phone. It’s under the profiles section. You also have to have the app open and location set to always.
