I don't think you can power share ChargePoint Home Flex. It's app only allows for a single charger. So if you had 2 of them you'd have to set up 2 different accounts on 2 different cell phones.
You are correct I have 2 ChargePoint flexes and found out you have to have 2 diff accounts with 2 diff emails. I complained pretty hard to ChargePoint and they are working on this but it’s still a ways out. I also just purchased some clipper creek power sharing chargers for work and they work very well.

I have had the CPHF and CPF50 side by side opened up. They are identical except for the color of the cover plate. The CPF50 power shares so I bet the CPHF is able to as well but you would have to subscribe to the CP Cloud Plan and install a cellular gateway device. Too much hassle and I doubt CP would even allow it.

So yeah, I agree. It won't power share unless CP unlocks that ability and updates the app. I can't really comment any more than that.....

Sorry to post the OP and disappear. Been hella busy. Thanks to everyone for the excellent info and discussion. I’ll definitely discuss options with the electrician to provide a 100 amp circuit.

Surely all the big players in the charger space will have an 80 amp version once the truck gets here. And, if they have power sharing on their current offerings, you’d think they would have the same capabilities in the new 80 amp versions.

I’ll take a closer look at the JuiceBox and Wallbox offerings.

I wanted to chime in, I installed a chargepoint home flex this past saturday. The 50 amp limit (40a charge) is for the plugs, if you have the appropriate gauge wire and breaker they can do 48-50 on a 60 amp breaker, you just have to take the plug off and hardwire it. It even comes with stickers for it. the 6-50 and 14-50 are the same charger with different plugs, inside the cover is/are 6 lever connectors and a 4 pin molex plug, 3 of the levers are input power (2 hot 1 grnd) and 3 for the charger cord (2 hot 1 grnd) as well as the 2 comms wires on the molex plug. taking the pre-installed plug out is a ~30 second job.
