My Ford Website sign-in issues

Why is the My Ford Vehicle website still not loading when I try signing in? I have not been able to sign-in to the My Ford Vehicle website account since February 29th, when the Tesla adapter was announced. Has anyone been able to sign-in lately?
I was only able to order my Tesla adapter because another Forum poster reported ordering through the FordPass app. Thanks to them, I was successful placing my order and receiving a confirming e-mail. I have not been successful at finding out when I may expect to get my adapter. Comments of other Forum posters suggest that with an order number 18,8__ I could expect a July delivery date. Do you have any suggestions of how to address this issue?

I log into Ford's website almost daily. I haven't noticed any issues beyond it be buggy/slow at times, but almost always successful.

No issues. Try deleting cache, different device, browser, etc. no issue logging in lately or just now.

I too had problems signing in....kept getting the message that my password and sign in were not recognized, even re-did both, did not help.......signed up for tesla adapter through Ford Pass, but cannot sign in to Ford.com due to unrecognized password etc....tried Microsoft Edge and it worked.....it also worked through the FordPass "beta".....

Thanks, deleting the cache did not work. Using another computer did get me in. The My Ford did not have anything about the date of sending the adapter. It keep trying to sign me up for ordering one. Went back and found the verifying email and tried the link to find the date of delivery. That worked. It confirmed a July delivery.
