Ford's website issues - beyond comprehension how poor they function

It's pretty mind boggling how on one day I can go to shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking, type in my order number and VIN, and get my status, but then the next day when I type those in and click Accept & Track, the fields simply blank out. More mindboggling is that knowing this, Ford sends me an email about my order with a button that says Track My Order, which when clicked fills in the fields on the same page, which then yields the same result.

Why would you send people an email with a button to track their order when you know the status page fails 95% of the time?

Of course moving the arrival date from May to March, and then back again to May is, well, ....

I totally agree. It is really pathetic. For me the page doesn't work 75% of the time. What also doesn't work is the Track My Order button. When clicked, my browser says it is a bad link. Sigh.
