Notification issues

I usually charge at work where chargers are limited. Recently, someone has been unplugging my car from the L2 charger. Once I realize my car has been unplugged, I check the app and sure enough there is an "accidental unplugged" notification. is there a way to get these notification immediately after the car is unplugged? I never get these notification as "pop-up" and always have to open the app to see them.

1. is this normal?
2. is there an accessory to lock the L2 charger to the car while charging?

I currently use an android Samsung S22.

Android app doesn't notify.
Unless the handle has a spot for a padlock, can't lock it to the car.

Thanks for the offer, but the dealer isn't going to fix this. I'd be happy to work directly with Ford and help troubleshoot the issue, but I know that's not what you're offering.
