No they are all CCS but only some can be used by non Tesla cars. See the Tesla app or website for which ones non Tesla owners can use

For what it’s worth I find the Tesla chargers generally less busy that for example Ionity, they are generally a fair bit cheaper per kWh but they have been way slower than Ionity, still fast enough but not exactly super fast

Tesla have announced that they are going to upgrade all of their Tesla Cabinets (the technology that supplies the electricity to the chargers) to provide higher voltage and wattage. This will mean much shorter charge times for all of us.
