no mme navigation

Have found the MME nav good at diverting from traffic jams Yesterday we had been told of a jam on our route with 30 mins delay No problem the Mme will divert us!
But when I tried to input the direction it would not load and after few seconds went to Apple Car play .I tried several times, in the end had to use Apple maps which did not divert me and had to wait. Have tried again today just the same Any Ideas

Try Waze. I think most people would agree that you're not going to get the level of traffic mitigation that Waze offers in anything native.

Oh, and don't use Apple Maps unless you enjoy being directed to drive off a cliff or into the ocean. ?
