P0a0C code that won't go away

So I went in for the HVBJB fix, then I believe after replacing they got the P0a0C code. (HV saftey interlock). They then replaced the Main Battery harness (after much waiting), and now have replaced a control module.

All of this to no affect.

Any ideas? My dealer has reached out to Ford Engineering, but I just want my car back. So I'm asking the internet :)

Interlock code can be due to a faulty connector on the pack. I think usually it's the rear one. Battery must be dropped, and the rear cell modules in the pack removed to make room to get to it.

If I'm right, they should order the rear pack connector and the thermal interface material (TIM) for the repair.

They just called me. It turns out that when you replace the main battery harness, there is a one-time part (connector?) that also needs to be replaced. It is I think the rear pack connector. The technician does not believe that the TIM needs to be replaced unless replacing a batter module.

Apparently he believes that the documentation on replacing the main battery harness is a little lacking (it doesn't mention the one-time-use nature of the rear pack connector).

Does any of this make sense?
