This may help with those having issues with PAAK. I like using this feature immensely, however a few days ago I got logged out of Ford Pass app.
I logged in using my face which somehow proceeded to log me into to my wife's Ford pass app. Now at the time I was unaware that I had logged onto to my wife's app in error. I called the customer service dept of Ford pass. I was on the help line for about an hour and no one mentioned that could be an issue, in fact they advised me to go to the dealership as they couldn't assist anymore . I logged back out a few hours later that is when I realized my wife's log on was showing up again.
Long story short I logged into ford pass with my credentials and then deleted the phone in the app. Reinstalled my phone in the car and did set up in the app for PAAK and it works fine again.
So if two or more people are using the car make sure you are signed into the app under your own credentials.
