Whose bright idea was it to put an EVGo station in an impoverished crime ridden area? The score on PlugShare pretty much speaks for itself. I’ve never seen a newer EVGo station scored this low.

Pretty sure the low rating is because of all the people who were unable to charge. Only a few of the reviews mention the neighborhood.

I'm wondering if any vandalism or theft is causing the charging issues, this is a pretty well-known high-crime area in Orlando unfortunately.

Did you not read any of the reviews?!? They plug in and the charger won't initialize. Doesn't sound like vandalism to me.

I have been to that credit union dozens of times, never had any issues. Unfortunately, Florida does have high crime rates just about everywhere...unless you live in one of those gated communities.

If you want to see Orlando's crime head down to OBT south of i-4... Or better yet don't do it at all.

Not great area but that location kinda makes sense as there's no non-Tesla EV charging at all on the west side of Orlando (north of the 408).
