Plug and Charge wont Enable

I have a 2021 Job 1 premium and over the summer my plug and charge stopped working after 2 years of no issues. I looked in Fordpass and the radio button for plug and charge was turned off. I tried turning it back on and it shows a loading screen with the button momentarily turned on. Then stops loading and it turns back off. See the screenshots below for an idea of whats happening. I largely ignored it until the news about tesla chargers opening up id like this to work again. Ive tried resetting fordpass in the car, uninstalling/reinstalling the app etc. I tried calling ford support but they were of no help and said to call the dealer which in trying to avoid if possible so thought id try here first to see if anyone else has had this issue. My phone is a galaxy s22+ and I have a working card connected to the blue oval charging page on ford's website with no active balance.

Had this problem last August. Call customer support. They got it fixed, but it took a couple of days.

I had this issue and just tried a later, and it worked.

I mashed the button for about 15 minutes straight and it eventually just worked lol. It says EA certificate pending, not sure what that means. But will test out if it worked over the weekend.

Make sure you have a valid credit card on file . Mine expired and I was kicked out till I updated the payment method .
Might not be your issue but lets do the process of elimination

My card definitely did not expire, and in fordpass P&C was off and I can't enable it. I would try through sync but my car's getting the HVBJB right now

It takes a while to generate and download the certificate to your car, just try later.
