Plug and Charge not working...

Went to an EA station for the first time in a LONG time today. Plugged in....the car connected, but then nothing. EA wanted a credit card number from me....which I gave them, and of course was charged - instead of using my free Kw. No worries...but, I get home, and start looking into why it didn't work. My connected services are working....but when I go into the app, the toggle button for Plug and Charge is off. I try to toggle it back on...but it gives me the error: "Something went wrong. Plug and Charge was not enabled. Try again later....

So I tried again later....and nope? can't activate.

Anyone have this problem? Does it fix itself?

i have almost this problem, except that my plug in charge works even if the app says it isn't turned on. And no it does not fix itself.

I've had this problem since I got the car. I think it's worked like twice, I just turned p&p off and activate the charger from Ford pass to use my free credits.

This is another one in the long list of "maybe it'll work" feature of the mach e.

Mine got stuck like that for a few months last last year (P&C showing off in FP, but really still being on). It eventually started working though. Not sure why. Probably something on Ford's end, although it's possible FP might have updated on my phone. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling. I doubt that'll work but worth a try.
