Plug & Charge in app - no slider to turn off (iOS)

The slider/switch to turn off "Plug & Charge" in the FordPass app has disappeared. I usually leave it off, preferring to use the charging network apps, but I did turn it on for a trip two weeks ago. I've rebooted my phone and closed/reopened the app with no change. I also just completed the FordPass update (5.24.0) issued today (7/21/25) to no avail. I have not tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app yet. I don't want to have to set up PaaK again unless absolutely necessary.

Thoughts?

You might try the following. It worked for me a while back.
I finally fixed P&C by going into Blue Oval Charging Network under Connected Services and cancelling service. I didn't do anything to my credit card number.
I then reactivated the BOCN. I had to travel to a location with good cell service to get the BOCN to activate. When it activated it fixed my phone.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work for me. Guess I have to delete the app and reload it.

Can’t shut it off either but it doesn’t bother because for me it works pretty well. But then I only use a public charger one a month or so

Guess I ought to follow up since I started this thread. The iOS FordPass app update 5.25.0 issued on Aug. 4 fixed this issue.
