Had my Mach E serviced last week, they had the car over the weekend. Collected Monday, dirtier than it went in. Now three days later, there is a warning that the car needs servicing, a warning of problems with the high voltage battery and a warning of a power train failure/reduced power. I
I have now been advised, four weeks after the car went in that parts have been ordered for the battery, but they are not in stock, nor do they know when they will be in stock.
I worked out today that my Mach E has had one fault or another for eleven of the thirteen months that I have had the vehicle.
Having spoken to another Mach E owner yesterday, who was given a brand new car, I have asked Ford for the same, not sure what reaction I will get to this.
