I had these intermittent issues with my '21 Premium, and unfortunately have them again with my '25 GT:
• The puddle lamps work maybe 25% of the time
• Works: Ford Pass lock/unlock, windows, frunk/trunk
Doesn't work: remote start, changing max charge don't, current SOC or whether a charge session is happening is often stale info
I repeatedly had the dealer check these with the '21, and if they ever fixed them, it was short lived. I went through troubleshooting with the Ford Pass team and they said the dealer needs to check it. I'm taking the '25 in and wanted to see if others are having the same issues.
