Radio buttons missing

I drove to work the other morning and the middle display dimmed and then went bright a couple times. When I went to leave to come home later that day the radio buttons were not there. I could still touch the screen and it would change the station but no pictures. I took it to the dealer the next morning for routine service and they said they didn’t know what was wrong as the buttons were back. Has anyone else had this issue? It was not hot that day, maybe 15c in the morning and 25c in the afternoon but I‘m a little concerned it’s going to stop working

When weird glitches like this happen, a SYNC reset generally clears them up. On the steering wheel press the volume button down and the track forward buttons simultaneously. Hold until the SYNC display goes blank. This can be done while driving, though don't do it driving if doing so might distract you.

I have seen this twice. My wife jumps in the car and before the center console finishes the 2 or 3 seconds of lights moving around during bootup puts the car in D or R and gets going.

I guess we love driving the MME so much we can't wait to get it moving.
