Radio Presets Come and Go???

Every other time I start the car, my preset radio stations vanish and then after a few more starts, they reappear. Anyone else experiencing this hassle?

Mine did this once. I rebooted Sync, and it hasn’t reoccurred.

Mine did this too forever. I think the radio settings not being saved was fixed in one of the 5.x series OTA updates.

The other recommendations are probably valid. Several factors can affect the presets. We experienced radio presets changing based on which profile is active. My wife and I have different listening preferences so if her profile is active then I need to activate mine to access my presets. Usually this occurs automatically when the MME recognized my PAAK or when I press my seat position button which is saved with the profile. She also likes to use a different drive mode which can be controlled by the profile, so you may want to check the drive mode when this happens to help determine if the profile is the culprit.

Also occurred last year when the profile defaulted to "guest", but an OTA must have fixed this because it has not occurred for almost a year.
