Scanning / scrolling light bar for hood

I want to install one of those light bars for the hood that go from headlight to headlight and scan side to side when first turning on the car. Also want them to work with the daytime running lights. Does anyone know the wiring info to attach the light bar wires to in order to get this thing to fire up when I start the car?

I personally love it and would love the borla exhaust sound system in my MME. If it wasn't so expensive, I would of bought one already (plus the install cost as they recommend a pro install). Like several of you said, sometimes you feel like it and sometimes you don't. You can turn the sound off and on when you want.
