Whenever I go up there for anything I always stop at the Mt Vernon Walmart, but looks like there are a couple at Fred Meyers in Bellingham too.

It's a 90 mile drive... You may not even need to charge unless you do a lot of local driving at your destination. PlugShare will show you charging options if they are needed.
