My MME is a Select AWD. The kit was $699 and the Hands Free Foot Module was $99. The most difficult part of the job was getting the wires through the two rubber grommets at the front of the tailgate opening. The next worst part was that the directions were wrong. I suggest you contact Simon at EV-Vida to see if the directions have been revised. Simon was very helpful and assisted me in over coming the poor instructions. The tailgate module is marked and the plugs from the various components will only plug in to specific holes. Watch Simon's video about how to install the foot module and you'll see the basics of where to start when installing the automatic liftgate kit. If you do get the kit and you need any help I'll be happy to tell you what I did.

It's a nice mod, but for $800, I rather do the Eibach Springs and Sway Bar. But I guess it depends on how much you access the back.
