Hello All,
This past Saturday my Mach e upgraded to the newest software update. While it was doing so (approximately 1 am) my car alarm went off multiple times (car was in a closed garage). My alarm had never been triggered up to that point. Since the update completed it hasn’t went off
Weird…
yesterday/ today I attempted to charge my car. First on a 350kw evgo then on a sema l2. Both charging sessions were unsuccessful. The fast charger connected and was “charging” but no energy was being transferred from charger to car. The charger was connected for 4 minutes and I gained no energy. I figured it was because this was a newer charger and it hasn’t had the kinks worked out yet.
This morning I plug in to the l2 charger that I have used multiple times per week since getting my Mach e (November 2021). The first plug in the charger said “waiting on vehicle) and my car wasn’t reading the charger. Unplugged/replugged and it started up fine, like normal. About 20 minutes later I get a notification that the charger is now “plugged in but not charging”. I gained 1kw then it stopped working. I unplugged/replugged 3x but the charger wouldn’t connect at all this time. Flashing red around my charging port.
Has anyone else had an experience like Thai since receiving the new update? I’ve never had these types of charging issues or alarm issue until the new update came in.
thanks!
