Sirius XM Presets Disappearing

I have a 2021 Premium Job 2. Sirius presets that are streamed seem to only stay in place and active for a few days at a time. Ford says it's a Sirius issue. I called Sirius, and they did a total reset from their end, but the problem still exists. I have reset the Sync 4 screen a number of times to no avail. Ford also did a reset from their end, also to no avail. Does any member have any ideas?

I know presets like sports teams don’t stay. Like if I store the Orioles channel, it only stays for that drive. When i get back in, the icon is there but it doesnt go to that channel.

I lose the same presets pretty consistently. It's never the core channels, but rather the offshoots like The Tragically Hip Radio and Marky Ramones Punk Rock Blitzkrieg.

The first 200 or maybe 300 channels are direct broadcast. Those over that number are all streamed which is the problem.

Have had that issue since day 1. Have spent hours with Sirius and Ford and still the issue remains. Basic issue is related to the internet streaming channels (not all in 700's some lower) available in the Platinum plan and available only to cars with SiriusXM with 360L/cellular modem. What I have found in my car is that if you turn the car off and the Sirius radio is on one of the streamed channels (I have 10 presets), it almost always retains them. And if you don't have it set on a streamed channel, it forgets them almost all the time. They are clearly not totally forgotten because I see the channel name grayed out where the preset sits on the screen but it does not go to the channel when selected. I've about given up in hopes that some software update will inadvertently fix the issue because it is fairly common but neither vendor will take ownership of the issue.

You'd be surprised. I've photographed most of the bands on the Punk Rock Blitzkrieg, including Marky Ramone.
