Sirius XM Radio stuck loading

A few days ago Sirius XM radio is stuck on loading and will not play music. I am still on my free trial from purchasing the car.

I've read elsewhere that a SYNC reset may help this issue, but I'm unsure how to perform this.

Any suggestions?

Had the issue couple months back except, I am on a three year subscription and, after about five minutes of trying to load it would say “failed”. My Sync reset attempts were not helpful but the dealer quickly performed a reset that did. He told me that my 12v had got very low and shed non essential systems and this one did not properly comeback. No issues since.
