SiriusXM favorite stations

I have had my MME since November. Love the car, but the radio drives me nuts. Every time that I reprogram the radio favorites, after a week it will go back to the introductory Platinum line-up of stations. It will stay there for a week or so, then revert back to my favorites, and on and on. When I called my dealer, they said that they would have to keep the car for at least two days, maybe three. I asked for a loaner, but was told 3-4 week wait for a loaner. They would contact me when one was available. Life goes on and I forgot to follow up. That was 2 months ago. ANYONE KNOW OF A QUICK FIX?

I'd say it's based on your profile 1/2/3 seat buttons.

If I do a pre-heat in the AM, and get it, it's on "Guest" mode so I'll have to hit 1 on the seat memory to bring my channels back to 'me' again.

Sometime I need to go into the profiles, choose a different profile, then my profile again.

When that happens on mine, I hit a different seat profile button and then go back to my own seat profile and my presets are magically restored.

Save outside a profile and then apply the profile.
