Speedometer off after 6.8 Software Update

I found it interesting then even when stopped or parked, my speedometer reads 1 km/h.

This is one of several known bugs with 6.8 that will presumably be fixed at some point in the future.

I find that mine sometimes reads 1mph and sometimes 0mph at a full stop. Hmmm... Since it says "ground speed", maybe sometimes the ground moves? I am in SoCal, after all!

Traveling, even at just 1 mph, while parked is murder on the gearbox and dangerous to everyone around you.

That's why with 6.8 you can hit cruise control resume while stopped and it accelerates quickly to around 15mph. But it's ok, every update makes the car better.

I haven't had my speedometer reading anything other than zero when I'm stopped, but I did notice that after 6.8, my speedometer actually almost always matches a speed radar sign on the road leading to my street, whereas before, the sign would almost always show 1 MPH lower than what my speedometer read.

That can sometimes be caused by the fact that you're not driving directly at the radar, you're driving at an angle, but it was always consistently reading lower, and now it's always consistently reading the same. I wonder if they tweaked something in how the speedometer calculates, and maybe introduced this bug of showing speed when you're stopped...
