Is there any way to get rid of the car icon and on display and move the speedo to the middle of the screen? I don’t have any assists on, so I thought without anything activated, the car would disappear and the speedometer would be in the middle.

Depends on the year of your car. Evidence suggests that you can’t remove the car icon on 2023.5 models.
