Stuck with securialert on?

Saw the other thread about securialert disappearing in FP, though it never disappeared for me.

I do use securipass and have it set to an overnight schedule.

today, I noticed it’s gone from FP… and my car seems to be stuck with it “on”… so now I get alerts every time a door is opened and I have no way to turn it off.

Anyone have any recommendations?!?

Same. I don't want to do a master reset...... but maybe that's the answer?

I don’t think a master reset is it… I think it’s a configuration on the ford side since it’s never been a interface within the car

this is quickly going to become a big hassle though!

Same, no Securialert in the app now and I really wish I could turn it off.

Not sure if you could revert to the previous version of FordPass to turn it off?

This does seem like something Ford overlooked however. If a feature is deleted it needs to be turned off first.

Same thing started happening to me yesterday. Started getting alerts and can't find SecuriAlert in the app to shut if off. ?.

Update.... not sure what changed, but this seems to have stopped today.

I just ran into the same thing. Here’s the odd part: the Ford Pass App still gives e acres to Securialert in my Lightning, just not in my Mach E.

So weird.
This stopped for a few days. Now it’s back…. Maybe I’m stuck in a weekend schedule?
