Hi, I have a 2022 model and I heard ford is pushing bluecruise 1.3 to all 2022 models. My current power-up is 4.2.5, will I be getting the bluecruise 1.3 or will it take some time? haven't gotten any new update for 2 months now. Should I visit my dealer to have them manually update the modules?

I haven't had an OTA update since March 6, which was also 4.2.5. Just last week I went to the dealer for my 16000km service checkup, and the dealer declined to update any modules, even though many modules had updates available. They checked the OTA update functionality and everything is working, so they said I just have to wait. They can only do updates under warranty if something is wrong with the vehicle. So, we coded the defect as "vehicle is not receiving OTA updates as expected" and that's what they diagnosed, and they said everything is ok for OTA updates.

Please ask your dealer and see what they say. Let me know. Maybe your dealer will tell a different story.

I would say 2 months is a short time to wait, hopefully in another 2 months you'll start to get more updates. After 5 months I'm struggling to stay patient, in another 2 or 3 months if I don't get any updates I'll probably just do it myself with FDRS (as documented elsewhere on this forum.)

Is possible to update the modules at home with FDRS? I would like to learn more about this, I'm on OTA 4.2.2
