Thule Easyfold XT-2 + U-Haul Hitch installed

I finally got around to getting this done - and timing was perfect. Based on previous reviews I went with U-haul for the hitch, and they did an amazing job - looks awesome and only took 30 minutes.

So far I am very happy - super easy to put in the hitch, and I love the ramp (60lb bike - this will make it so much easier to get on the rack). I'll report back once I take it out on the road.

I've had the Thule Easyfold for three years and love it. I had it on my old Ford and transferred it to my 2022 MachE AWD after installing the hitch with a little help from my brother in law.

FYI after 2 years the tightening knob stripped on my Easyfold and Thule sent me a new one and didn't need the old one back. Fantastic customer service.

Finally got around to taking it out - super easy to load up a 60# e-bike (less without the battery). The ramp is nice but not as necessary as I thought ?. The only thing I’m not in love with is how the clamp attaches to the bike - my crossbar is angled so it doesn’t clamp as square as I’d like and doesn’t feel as “secure” as it could be - any suggestions?

Overall really happy - first time with anything like this and I was terrified every time I hit a bump and watched it jiggle - but after 12 miles of highway driving at 70mph I’m feeling better about it.
